- Do you offer a free trial?
- Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required up front.
- Can I change plans later?
- Anytime. Upgrade or downgrade from your settings. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
- What happens when my trial ends?
- If you don't pick a plan, you'll lose access to the app — but your data stays safe for 60 days. Pick a plan within that window to pick up exactly where you left off.
- Do I need to bring my own phone number?
- No. We provision a dedicated Telnyx number for your business automatically. You can also release it any time from your settings.
- How do payments work — do you take a cut?
- You connect your own Stripe account, so card payments go straight to you. Dispatchly does not take a percentage of your revenue — you only pay Stripe's standard processing fee. Invoicing and payment links are included on every plan.
- How does annual billing work?
- Annual plans are billed once a year and save you roughly 17% compared to paying monthly. Cancel any time and we'll prorate the unused portion.
